About the event
I love using lamb loin instead of rack of lamb or a lamb leg. The reason is because lamb loins typically do not have the game meat flavor that the leg or rack may have. Pairing the lamb with the spinich and goat cheese raviolis adds a wonderful contrast of texture and are visually delightful.
