Small, intimate, fast paced…there’s nothing else to improve on. Food was delish!

Fun Experience! Appreciated technical tips and cooking / preparing ahead. Definitely interested in future classes.

What a great experience. Just the right number of recipes, paired with lovely complimentary wine in an intimate environment. Being able to ask questions of an award-winning chef is a luxury and lets you learn culinary nuances not shared in recipes. Well done Debby and Alan. It was a wonderful class.

From ingredients to prep, Alan and Debby delivered a spectacular meal. Every course was explained, step by step, with samples of appetizers, entrée, and dessert. Excellent meal!

I was pleasantly surprised that I wasn’t expected to cook or prep anything – just watch and enjoy the finished product! I might try the quesadillas, but the quail is too much of a challenge. Interesting people, small world connections…

Fun experience! Nice people, great location! Loved corn bread stuffing but not a quail fan as I didn’t care for dark meat. Will definitely try desserts – very good! You gave me good ideas for quesadillas! Thank you!
